Your context.
Your choices.
These notes describe the current Accenno friend-test release and this website. They are a description of behavior, not a claim of security certification.
On your Mac
Projects, indexed documents, saved chats, meeting transcripts and assistant history are stored locally in Accenno’s application-support folder. Recordings are saved locally in the folder selected in the app. Project knowledge comes from the documents, notes and folders you connect.
When you use a model
Assistance sends the relevant question and context to the provider selected in the app. This can include meeting transcript excerpts, project evidence and a screen image when screen attachment is enabled. Web search or connected services can involve their own external requests. Review the provider’s terms and settings before using confidential information.
Permissions and recording
The app requests microphone, speech recognition and screen/system-audio access for meeting capture. A meeting reminder does not start capture automatically. You choose when to start. Screen recording follows your settings. Follow applicable consent and workplace requirements.
This website
The interactive example is a scripted, fictional demonstration. It does not access your microphone or screen and sends no model requests. There is no account, advertising tracker or analytics integration in the current website. Cloudflare handles hosting and downloads and may process ordinary request metadata according to its own policies.
The test build
The distributed app includes code and dependencies, not its creator’s projects, API keys, meeting records or recordings. It is not yet Apple Developer ID signed or notarized. Use the installation guide for the first-open process.
Before sharing feedback
Remove credentials, personal details and confidential project information from screenshots, recordings or logs. Include your Mac model, macOS version, meeting app and steps to reproduce a problem.
